Marion Cotillard's Sexy Little Secret

Marion Cotillard is a French actress and she’s a testament to the old saying “beauty & brains.” But she ain’t any normal beauty with brains. She made film history by becoming the first person to win an Academy Award for a French language performance for the movie La Vie en Rose.

She’s been dating Guillaume Canet for 3 years now but the classy French actress has been having frivolous affairs on the side too with Christian Dior, Chopard & Jimmy Choo. They have wooed her with their creations for quite a while and they were last seen, seducing her on the red carpet at the Paris premiere of Inception, Marion’s latest flick with Leonardo DiCaprio.

Jimmy Choo adorned her French feet with beige cutout heels and Chopard kissed her fingers with a beautiful emerald-cut diamond ring. The fact that she chose to wear highly minimal jewelry and nude shoes shows that it was clearly all about the dress that night.

The 35 year old actress looked 25 in an uber-feminine, strapless black and white dress from Dior with a black lace overlay and sweetheart neckline. From what I have seen so far, Marion has always been a fan of classic hairstyles. But this time she sported a sexy pompadour that modernized her retro look.

I’ll let you in on a little secret. If you’re in a dilemma on how to match jewelry pieces together for your outfit, it’s sometimes best to simply stick to just one piece like Mademoiselle Marion. Because doing so actually highlights that particular jewelry. In Marion’s case, it was her lovely ring from Chopard.

In Inception, Leonardo DiCaprio plays the role of a man who is enlisted to steal secrets within people’s subconscious state of mind. Might I dare say that we have stolen Marion’s little jewelry secret of keeping it simple for maximum exposure? SSHHHHH….

Rihanna's New Boyfriend & Cosmic Jewelry Trend

If you’re planning to read the July issue of Elle magazine then be sure to wear your pair of designer sunglasses. Why? Because the glossy front cover has been transformed into a glittering potpourri of incredibly shiny couture and eye-blinding bling. It looks so dazzling that you might get your hands sprinkled with the star dust.

The only R&B glam diva that could bring the sparkling oomph to any magazine’s front page without looking too over-the-top is none other than the singer of the R-Rated song album, Rihanna.

She looked amazing in a purple and gold beaded silk dress and a gold studded belt from Balmain topped off with smoky eye-makeup. Highly intergalactic I say! She’s famous for stacking her rings and she did it this time too with an emerald ring from Chopard, a diamond, onyx & sapphire ring from Cartier and her own Neil Lane rings.

The three-time Grammy award winner has gotten herself a new dark chocolate hair streak color, a new boyfriend, namely L.A dodger Matt Kemp, and yes, a brand new jewelry trend for fashion-forward bling lovers everywhere: Humongous hoop earrings or what I would like to call, cage earrings, with not one, not two but four large silver hoops on each ear.

It’s good to see that hoop earrings aren’t just a basic accessory anymore but provide a wide scope for fashionable innovation by the likes of music superstars such as Rihanna & Alicia Keys. What I like about the earrings is that they bring the wearer’s outfit to life as the hoops are always on the move, rotating within each other like rings around a planet, which really suited the Barbadian singer’s celestial style as well.

So all you pretty babes out there, the message from the universe has been received: rock it like Rihanna with those fab hoop earrings, because let me tell you, you can never go wrong!

KATE BECKINSALE BECKONS US WITH FAB EARRINGS AT CANNES

'Robin Hood' Premiere and the opening ceremony of 63rd Annual Cannes Film Festival .

The Cannes Film Festival is one of the most awaited film events of the year and it brings together the biggest names from the international film fraternity onto one carpet. For some it’s about the pulsating race of the movies enlisted in the competition. For us it’s about the glamour and not to forget, the JEWELRY!

The festival kicked off on 12th of May with the Robin Hood Premiere but it was not only Robin Hood who did the stealing that night. British rose, Kate Beckinsale stole our breath away with her gorgeous oversized diamond chandelier earrings from Chopard. The actress who is also a Cannes jury member gave maximum impact with just the earrings and a small delicate diamond ring. She rocked a fabulous sheer, one-shoulder Marchesa gown of blue draped tulle with a ruffle skirt. Her bodice, specked with silver embroidery complimented her sparkling earrings to a tee.

Kate continued to be the diva of the ball when she showed up at the Il Gattopardo premiere yesterday, looking like a fairytale princess in a white Gucci Première draped gown accented again with silver embellishments and a lovely bow motif at the bust along with a belt detail at the waist. And her jewelry? She continued to patronize Chopard with drop-dead gorgeous diamond drop-earrings.

Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps - Premiere - 63rd Cannes Film Festival

You can take a tip from the British lass that you can always choose to go solo with big statement earrings to captivate the crowd and save your other jewelry for later. Big chandelier earrings tend to emphasize your face even more which is just what you need when you want to stand out and sparkle like a star. Get ready to hear the flashes of the camera.
